I’ve set up a guest-accessible WiFi network at Restaurant 1910. They were struggling to cover the whole building and terrace with the provider-supplied router and access point. So I supplied them with Ubiquiti Unifi access points, allowing their employees and customers to use a fast WiFi connection everywhere in and around the building.
The guest-network is separated from the corporate network so that guests can only access the internet, but not their internal network. No password is required, but a guest portal requires customers to accept their terms of usage first, and the speed is limited in order to prevent hinderance to other users.
